Description

A rare, hard to find 1970 UK Jazz Stereo LP record

  John Surman " How Many Clouds Can You See?" Original UK Version  Rare, Much Sought 1970 LP from British Sax Maestro.     Decca Deram SML-R 1045 (Stereo with Blue Inner).   Believed to be First pressing - ZAL 8980.P-1W on runout.     Experimental and free Jazz from a whole host of the top British players of the time including Harold Beckett, Mike Osborne, Alan Skidmore, Chris Pyne, Tony Oxley and others. Surman is is fine form, in a variety of settings, a duo, a quartet and a large unit.     Condition Vinyl - Excellent, it looks and plays near mint, no scratches and no pops or clicks. Labels show no sign of play. Cover - White laminated front cover has faded and has a ring mark which has some spots of reddish colour where it has been stored next to Surman's self titled album. The back has a ring mark and scuffs at the top (see photo) but the graphics and sleeve notes are clean and clear. Inner sleeve - Faded at the edges but is intact
