This auction is for a rare original first press of Johnny Cash's first LP on the Sun Records label - Johnny Cash With His Hot & Blue Guitar
Sun LP 1220 - MICROGROOVE Original MONO - Heavy Thick Vinyl
This record has not been play tested as I do not have a record player. The vinyl is visually graded at a VG-. Marks and play wear on vinyl. Cover has wear, some splits (tape on parts). All typical of a nearly 60 year old LP.
Please view photographs for condition. Both sides are depicted for your inspection of vinyl surface, labels, and cover. I also took photos of all three edges of cover for your inspection as well.
This would make a great copy for a Johnny Cash or Sun collector. It is also my understanding that this is the first LP Sun ever did. This is last copy of this LP that I have for sale.
Record will come in a plain white sleeve and plastic outer sleeve and will be shipped in a LP media mailer via USPS Media Mail.
