Description
Here is a really nice copy of Johnny Cash's first album, Sun Records LP-1220. This kicked it all off for the Man in Black with "I hear that lonesome whistle blow", "I walk the line", "The wreck of old '97" and so on. LP has been thru the MKII spin-cleaner and play-graded VG+. Ii's in nice shape.
The original cover would also be VG+ except for the very neat seam split across the full top seam (as shown). This is common with early Sun covers. I can fix it beautifully with the Seam-z-Eazy repair product for an extra dollar (that's the cost of the strip, if you want it, message me after the sale and I'll invoice you for the winning bid amount +$1 for the repair). The cover is clean, no writing, stains, etc and strong corners as shown. Own a piece of history.
