Description

Johnny Cymbal     "Mr. Bass Man"

This is a US vinyl pressing on Kapp KS-3324 from 1963.      This was his only album.       It is the Stereo pressing.     The labels black with silver printing and an aqua ring around the rim.     "Mr. Bass Man" was his biggest hit and reached # 16 on Billboard.       He late recorded as 'Derek' and had the hit 'Cinnamon'.       

Bass vocal solos are by Ronnie Bright.       This album was arranged and conducted by Alan Lorber and Mort Garson.          The liner notes are by Bessie Little.   

The songs are : Mr. Bass Man, Walk Right In, Our Day Will Come, Indian Giver, Sacred Lovers Vow, You're Sixteen, Teenage Heaven, Do The Bird, Out Of My Mind, Refreshment Time, Cinderella Baby, and South Street.

Overall Condition is : Cover is VG+ /  Record is M-

The cover is VG+ with no writing and no seam splits.          There is very slight wear.            The vinyl looks near mint and it plays near mint, with one light handling mark.       The labels are clean with no spindle marks.       The record comes in a Kapp Records inner sleeve.

Packaging :

I take great care on every package and I do each one personally.     I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut cardboard.     Each piece is 1/2 inch thick, triple strength industrial cardboard.       Together they are very strong and unbendable.       I always remove the record from the cover and seal them in a clear plastic sleeve.     The package will be marked in red : "Fragile Record" on both sides. 

Postage :  Weight : 1 pound 7 ounces
