Description

This auction is for Johnny Griffin’s “the congregation” LP on Blue Note. The matrix reads rvg on the inner ring and “ bn-lp-1580-a” on the a side and “bn-lp-1580-b” on the bside. The record and jacket definitely have their share of condition issues. The jacket is intact but has some spotting. It also has dings and some splits that do not go all of the way through. The record has some surface scuffs/etc. All this being said, i listened to the record this morning and it plays great with no skips or anything of that nature. There is some surface noise as you would expect. Please ask any questions you have. I usually deal in rock records. My Jazz knowledge is limited.
