Description
Rare original deep-groove pressing of Johnny Holiday Sings on Pacifica Records PL-801. Pacifica Records was a subsidiary of the Pacific Jazz label, with a very small output, so small in fact that this recording is undocumented in the Lord Discography. The playing surface is mint, with a high luster; perhaps unplayed. The cover is also in extraordinary condition - clean and bright throughout - with just 1/8" wear on the spine, at the top.
Personnel includes Bud Shank, Barney Kessel, Shelley Manne, and the Russ Garcia Orchestra.
