Mega Rare LP of Johnny Smith - Moonlight in Vermont (Royal Roost 2211 - mono) Original blue label edition - NOT a current re-issue! Guitarist Smith's best LP features Stan Getz, Zoot Sims, Paul Quinichette and others in an acknowledged classic that no serious jazz collector can be without.
The LP is in VG++/Near Mint condition with minimal marks and with likely all of the original shine - not quite for the audiophile, but still in remarkable condition for a sixty-plus year old LP - still, you may hear a bit of noise on this one. (there is an old name sticker on both labels). The cover is in VG+ condition with some general age/shelf wear, an old name sticker on the front cover (see the photo) and an old stamp and a bit of writing on the front and back, but NO tape, NO splits, NO stickers. Not perfect, but how many of these do you see anymore at any price?
The LP will be carefully packed using professional materials (over twenty years experience safely selling jazz LPs around the world).
