It's Hee-Hee-Hee-Hee Larious: A Collectors Item is a private, self-released 1960 LP SIGNED by comedian Jonathan Winters. Said to be one of the top ten comedy records, pressed for his friends in the 1960 Los Angeles after hours comedy underground.
Completetly off-the-hook humor -- racism, x-rated humor, going off on religion, the highly controversial comedy on this one defines Winters as the funniest man alive. Here's the untra-rare LP you've read about.
Cover: Very Good; some surface and edge wear and a tear on the front where a sticker was removed (see photo #1) There is a top seam split of about an inch along the top right edge of the cover. The flip side of the cover is the same design as the front. Vinyl: Excellent; shiny and clear a little fingerprint on the label; near new quality; probably played only a few times.
