Lowish number 0601 of 12000 copies


This copy sadly has a few aesthetic issues and an inaudible pressing imperfection hence the bargain price.....


The seems are split on the inner jackets top, side and bottom as shown.  Aside from this its absolutely mint and as new with the box still in the factory shrink.


The records have been Degritter ultrasonic cleaned but record one has a clear dish warp.  Though my intention was to sell this unplayed, I felt the need to test it and on my vintage Pionner PL51 with its excellent arm and the AT VM95ML equipped, the tracking revealed no audible issues in a two minute check of each side.  The second disc isnt 100% flat either but is 95% flat and of no cause for audible concern.


I will be honest.... im tired of vinyl now.  The cost... the less than perfect pressings... the often feeble mastering jobs... the need to spend alot of money on equipment to do justice to them when they are good.  And ive found that seeking out well mastered CDs/SACDs is cheaper and almost as satisfying as vinyl when everything comes together.  With the issues that this very expensive record has (and a few others) this camels back has broken so i am starting the selling off of my own collection i intended to grow old with.  I have a second copy of this which is thankfully nigh perfect and the SACD so i need to sell this.  Im taking a loss so please dont make any silly offers!
