Description
The product is a first UK pressing of Joy Division's 1980 album "Closer," released by Factory Records- Fact XXV.
This LP is a 33 RPM vinyl record in a 12" size, featuring Tranco translucent red colour under a strong light. Featuring a raised edge to the centre labels.
Matrices are:
side1 Fact 25 A-1 large hand inscribed
side2 Fact 25 B-1 small hand inscribed and OLD BLUE? Stamped.
The outer sleeves how's some discolouration commensurate with a 45year old record! But has no ring wear or writing. Both outer and inner are printed by Garrod and Lofthouse Ltd and designed by Peter Saville and Martyn Atkins.
The inner picture sleeve has rounded corners and is in Nm- condition.
The vinyl is in Ex condition.
The record is classified under genres like punk/new wave, underground/alternative, this vintage item is a must-have for any music collector or fan of Joy Division's iconic sound.
