Description
Joy Division--"Still"
The Cover
The clothbound UK cover is a sight to behold. I will call it VG++ because of some minor corner rounding. No marks, stickers, writing, splits, ringwear etc. There are a very few, and small, what like to be, "factory" blackish looking marks about the size of a small mole (human, not animal!) on the inside of the cover that do not detract much; five small ones on the inside bound-in cover, two on the inside where it lists the songs for sides one and two, and two small ones on the neighbor that lists songs for sides 3 and 4, and one or two on the back bound-in cover. The outside cloth cover is great, except for the corner roundings noted and small ding on top left front corner. The silk tie is completely intact as per photo scan.
The Records
The records are VG++; some minor marks on one or two sides. When I bought this for $52.00 in Minneapolis in 1985 at a record show the records had already been put into paper sleeves (instead of the stiff grey sleeves that come with the stock copy). Boy was I happy. I've played them a few times, but they still sound pretty close to near mint.
The Rules
No lurking reserve price; all minimum bids are my original cost basis unless noted (gotta pay taxes, ya know!!). Records, when play graded, are graded using my Ruby 3 Micro Benz cartridge on my Rockport "Sirius" turntable. I have tried to list the history of all records for sale here, based on when and where I bought them, not that it necessarily matters to anyone but me. All records are guaranteed; I'll pay postage both ways if you are not satisfied. Records not paid for within 7 days (absent consensual communication with buyers) will be offered to next highest bidder if I can still bear to sell the relevant record, depending on the success otherwise of my auction. I do not mark up for postage, so any extra cash I charge you for will be deposited with your records. I would charge for record mailers and stuff, but . . .heck, I done got so many already!
