Description
Rare record, early Factory Records issue Fact 10 - I believe from 1979/80
It's in excellent condition for its age. The vinyl has no perceivable scratches and the cover is in excellent condition.

On the inner central ring it says:
"FACT 10 - INSIDE - 2" and "STEP" on one side and
on the other side it says "FACT 10 - OUTSIDE - 2" and "THIS IS THE WAY"
on the back of the outside sleeve, it says:
"Printed and made in Great Britain by Garrod and Lofthouse Ltd"
The vinyl inside is black vinyl and the outer sleeve is textured to the touch on both sides.
I bought it myself in 1981 from my local independent record store in Stroud, England, which had some records on the shelves for years!
Reason for selling - was medically retired from work after best part of 30 years because of severe Crohn's Disease and Arthritis and am selling most of my bits and bobs to try and raise enough money to buy an Xbox One X to help pass the time!
