Hi, my name is Tommy and I’ve been collecting records for many, many years now.  I’ve taken the hard decision to sell off some of my collection, so I can concentrate my collection in one specific area.  So please look at my other listings.  All my records are stored in protective plastic sleeves, standing upright with no pressure on them.  Will be listing many more over the next few months..:(

Listed here is a VERY RARE album by Brian Auger, Julie Driscoll and the Trinity  titled Open.  This is a UK Original 1st Pressing on Marmalde 607002.  This MONO copy is pressed on the very collectable Marmalade label.  The label has ‘made in Gt. Britain’ text on it and is textured all indicating first pressing.   What makes it even RARER is that this copy is the much RARER MONO pressing, most are in stereo.  This 1st pressing LP is very hard to find and especially to find one in MONO is even rarer.  Sleeve is printed by Upton printing group.  Also has the early matrix numbers.

Matrix numbers:   607002 A-1   /  607002 B-1

VINYL   - Both sides of the record are in EX- condition.  Tiny trace of light/minor background noise/static, which is only really noticeable on the run-ins and between the tracks and even then barely noticeable.  NO skips, NO Jumps, NO sticking.  Couple of light pops.  There are a couple hairline scratches, which don’t affect the sound quality, apart from one tiny one on side one (about 3mm long) which produces a few very light clicks, they are during a loud passage on the record and are barely noticeable, in fact it wasn’t until the second listen that I noticed it.  The rest of the record does sound superb!

SLEEVE    - The sleeve is in EX condition.  Tiny trace of spine wear (text is all readable), tiny trace of wear to edges and corners.  NO Tears, NO splits, there are a couple of light creases.  NO rub marks, NO Pen marks/writing or Graffiti.

Original inner is in EX condition, NO Writing or Graffiti. NO Rips, Tears or Splits

Label’s are in EX+ condition.  Tiny trace of spindle marks, NO Writing or Graffiti.

(note: never grade Mint as I believe once it’s been played, even just once it’s no longer Mint)
