June Christy "This Time Of Year" - Capitol ST1605. Excellent hard to find 1961 Christmas album from June Christy with orchestra arranged by Pete Rugolo and tenor solos by husband Bob Cooper. The tunes are all originals by June's friends Dick Miller and Connie Pierce. One of the tunes "The Merriest" shows up on a lot of compilations at Christmastime but the whole album has never been re-released since it's original issue. Titles are Christmas Heart, Ring A Merry Bell, Hang Them On The Tree, The Little Star, The Merriest, This Time Of Year, Seven Shades Of Snow, Sorry To See You Go, The Magic Gift, and Winter's Got Spring Up It's Sleeve.
