Description
Kaleidoscope very rare metal acetate 7". The Sidekicks, Fairfield Parlour related.
Unusually, this is double sided, as in the same song plays on both sides, acetates are usually single sided (maybe one side is stereo and the other mono)?
Record no: There isn't one, nor a matrix number - TF 863 taken from the actual Fontana single release which I have for sale now and I also have "A dream for Julie" for sale now too.
Tracks: Flight for Ashiya and Flight for Ashiya (same song on both sides of the acetate).
Dated: 1967 I assume.
The vinyl is in VG condition with signs of play and shows a fair few surface marks and some surface scratches, I have played this and it plays fine and still sounds really good and does not stick or jump and this still has a reasonable sheen, the Emidisc record label is readable with the partial song title hand written on it and a couple of light pencil marks (which should clean off) there is no label or markings on the B side with the centres showing some spindle wear. Comes in a plain white diecut paper sleeve which is fine.
Overall a very rare example.
