You are bidding on a near mint (NM) condition used 2015 3-LP vinyl set, "The Epic", by Kamasi Washington!
I purchased this brand new and played it ONCE; it has been carefully stored as part of a record collection on a vinyl record shelf (no direct sunlight, non-smoking home). It also comes with a download code that I did not use; however, I can't guarantee it still works (I don't know if or when it expires). Note that eBay's automated description states that the set has 4 discs; this is incorrect - it has 3 LPs, not 4.
Record & sleeve are both near-mint (NM). What does this mean? This means that the vinyl LP is a nearly perfect record which shows no obvious signs of wear. The box was opened and each of the 3 LPs was played once. The outer box and individual LP sleeves have no creases, folds, seam splits, cut-out holes, or other noticeable defects.
