Description

1981 Atlantic records Warner-Pioneer Japanese edition (P-5595-6A) of the infamous concert sets from the Hammersmith Odeon in London at the very end of 1979 as a 2 LP set (Music For U-n-i-c-e-f) due to starvation over in Cambodia, some of the best concerts ever really collecting the video over the years, 3 nights of the Who, McCartney/Wings, Queen & more, basically equivalent to the "Woodstock" 3LP set from the generation before (I wish this one will be expanded later with additional material) but it must be a rights nightmare or something. Hopefully Mccartney will make sure it gets reissued someday maybe it was too close timewise to his bust in Japan over the "dreaded weed" (over in Japan a few weeks later). Amazed no vinyl reissue is even out, let alone the compact disc format that I prefer has ever seen the light of day anywhere.
