Description

KARL TAYLOR – TAYLOR MAID – Polydor 2907 023.

An original Australian pressing of this very hard to find LP. Taylor was a member of legendary Australian band Buffalo. He joined as the band was recording the Mother’s Choice LP. He then left and recorded this solo LP in 1976. He later formed the band Huntress.

TRACKS: Prove You Wrong / Stray Lady / Taking A Chance / Winters Wait / Back Down / You Won’t Come Around / Send Me Round / Dying To Make It / Cross Wire / Killing Time (Assassin’s Lament).

The record is in EX++ condition. Very clean vinyl. It looks unplayed. The cover is EX Minus . Very clean labels. The lamination is starting to lift in spots around the edge. The biggest spot is in the back bottom corner. I’ve never seen a copy of this LP that doesn’t have this problem. Lamination in Australia at this time was usually crap.

A great copy of a scarce LP.

Please note that there is some flash glare at the bottom of the photo.
