Description
I think I bought this disc in 1978 and I don't recall the record ever having been played. I have never owned a record player so I am not even really sure why I bought it! Probably something to do with the pictures of the delightful Miss Bush on the LP?
Based on what I have read here on e-bay i think this is a first pressing, it has the round label on the front and comes complete with it's original paper inside sleeve. I can't see any text around the rim which apparently is a signal for the second less rare presssing. It has been stored upright, in the back of a wardrobe in a proper record case, in the cool and looks to be as flat as a pancake. I would rather not post this item should it succesfully sell so either local pick up from Tadworth in Surrey, near junction 8 of the M25, or see if we can come to some 'meet half way' type arrangement providing the succesful buyer is not 500 miles away. Paypal only on this please and I will NOT post it abroad under any circumstances.
The outer sleeve has got some creasing in it, ( mystery how that happened) which manifest themselves as two vertical lines just by the Limited Picture Disc sticker, but other than that looks to be in overall good condition. I'd score it 8 out of 10. The record itself has got to be a 10 and the inner sleeve probably a 9. I am sure there is some proper expert collector definitions, but I am just giving you my humble amateur opinion. Any questions please ask and i'll do my best to answer them. I have put a suitable reserve and BIN price on this disc and if Kate does not sell she's back in the box for another 35 ish years.
Number on the outer sleeve is EMCP3223 stereo OC then 062-06-603 in a little box in the toip right hand corner on the back. Not much writing on the disc itself other than arefernce to copyright and the same EMCP3223 number.
