KATE BUSH “Under The Ivy Bush” rare live and studio lp NM

This lp was Made in England by Cunningham Records  in 1987. All tracks but the final track are live in Germany. Hot wacks rates the quality as excellent stereo. The songs on the label are not correct and are quoted in the brackets beside each song below.  The correct listing is on the cover. The beautiful color cover is in strong VG++ condition with just some light shelf wear, slight corner wear and a handful of minor light handling creases. The cover is free of splits, writing or other issues. I’ll grade the vinyl very conservatively at  strong VG++ although it’s closer to NM, other than a handful of very light inaudible hairlines. I don’t think it’s been played more than a few times at most. This would make a very nice addition to your collection!

NEAR MINT: as stated near Mint!, very clean with no defect to sound or visual appearance, one scuff or mark may be permitted but it will be mentioned in the description, a near Mint record looks and plays very clean

VG++ still a very nice copy with minimal cover wear and/or delete/splits, still visually appealing, the vinyl will retain it's original gloss and can have some minor scuffs/scratches that don't affect play very much

VG+ a little more cover/ring wear and delete, splits etc., the vinyl will still retain much original gloss with a bit more scuffs and/or scratches I may list a very rare or desirable item with a lower grade, I will try to list all defects, both cover and vinyl no matter the condition, I also play grade the records on high end equipment and will give an honest play grade as well as visual grade, considering the number of records I buy on line my grading is very conservative and fair.
