All items will be sent out to eBay registered addresses, unless you give us an alternative address. So please be sure that if you required this to let us know in advance. In the event that an item does get sent out to and you have not told us, we will of course resend the item once it has been returned to us again, (at buyers extra postage cost).
If an item is deemed faulty damaged or lost, then we will make a claim on your behalf and will issue compensation (however much is it ) to the buyers as soon as we receive it. Claims cannot take place until after the 26th day of sending. If you would like you item to be fully insured i.e., for the full amount of which it is worth then you must take up the option when asked during checkout for extra insurance, Sometimes it better to pay that little extra.
