The Picture Sleeve has quite a lot of shelf wear, edge wear, and some creasing but is all intact and probably in very good condition. The spine can not be read due to scuffing . The 1 sided Lyric insert is in excellent condition . 

The  2LP's have  been lightly played and are both in VG+, close to Excellent Condition . There are a few small marks on the playing surface but nothing deep and it has been well looked after 


Overall in decent condition for this very collectable rarity and it's the first one we have had or seen in over 15 years !!
