Issue : UK 1st Press
This is the UK 1st press of Earthbound by King Crimson. This press is on the earliest black Island label and is complete with the earliest A-1U / B-1U matrix, the original black inner sleeve and light sheen MacNeill Press sleeve.
The record is in Very Good condition. The vinyl has a sensational bright gloss, most of the tracks look sensational, there is just one small mark at the start of Side A. The label is in superb condition. The black is bold, the silver text is sharp and there is only the slightest spindle wear. It is complete with the original black inner sleeve in Excellent condition.
When played there is a sound on the mark that last for a couple of seconds, it then clears to vibrant, bold sound with excelletn separation throughout.
The MacNeill Press sleeve is in Very Good+ condition. It is completely clean with bold black and sharp text. There is the slightest corner wear and a light crease on the opening edge. The back is superb with bright silver text. The spine is firm and the whole sleeve is still very solid.
