Description
KING CRIMSON IN THE COURT OF THE CRIMSON KING LP ORIG UK 1969 PINK ISLAND.
Hello and welcome to the sale of this fantastic rare King Crimson LP.
These rarely ever turn up for sale! Important to note These are the earliest to be released on this pressing which makes this highly collectable and sought after indeed. These are virtually impossible to find in decent condition! The overall grading that I would give is at least Very Good to Excellent. The audio is vibrant throughout and plays without any problems there was no jumps or sticking only some isolated static crackle and a few light pops on either side. Play tested at loud volume on a high end system.
The Vinyl
This vinyl looks GREAT!!! Still retains its original gloss from new! This lays flat on the turntable! When looked at under a strong light there are numerous paper traces which are where the record has been removed out from its sleeve. There are some fine surface marks\scuffs can be seen.
The audio is vibrant throughout and plays without any problems there was no jumps or sticking only some isolated static crackle and a few light pops on both sides. Play tested at loud volume on a high end system.
Vinyl Grade: Very Good to Excellent.
PLEASE NOTE! I ALWAYS ADD THIS DISCLAIMER! PLEASE ALLOW FOR LIGHT STATIC CRACKLE\TICK PERHAPES DURING SOME OF THE QUIETER PLACES (NOT CONSISTANT THROUGHOUT THE AUDIO) PLEASE REMEMBER THIS IS A GENUINE VINYL THAT IS 44 YEARS OLD! AND WOULD HAVE BEEN PLAYED ON A SYSTEM THAT WAS 44 YEARS OLD!!!!!!!!
