In the Court of the Crimson King (subtitled An Observation by King Crimson) is the debut studio album by English progressive rock band King Crimson, released on 10 October 1969, by Island Records.
It is considered the first true progressive rock album, combining rock music influences with elements of jazz, classical, and symphonic music, and is widely regarded as one of the greatest progressive rock albums of all time.
I am not a record dealer but am just - regrettably -selling my own collection, due to personal circumstances. I have used the Goldmine Standard grading system, but, as grading anything is very subjective, I have tried my best to 'grade down' to avoid any disappointment.
I consider Vinyl to be VG and sleeve to be VG+. The disk has a number of discernible scratch-type marks and whilst it plays without skips and jumps, some surface crackle can be heard throughout.
All LPs I sell are cleaned and supplied in a new protective sleeve.
