This is a scarce early UK press of ‘Red' by King Crimson. This press is on the original Pink Rim Island label and is complete with the early A-3U/B-6U matrix, the original plain inner sleeve and fully laminated sleeve.


The record is in Very Good condition. The vinyl has a bright gloss, with a few very light marks on both sides. The label is completely clean - the white is bright, the text is sharp and has just very slight spindle wear. When played the sound is extremely rich and vibrant, there is some very slight noise and moments of crackle but there is still excellent audio separation and the album can be enjoyed throughout.


The fully laminated sleeve is in Excellent condition. It is completely clean with vivid red, bold black and sharp lines. There is the slightest corner wear. The rear of the sleeve has a little ring wear but is still extremely bright and completely clean. The spine is firm with sharp white text and the whole sleeve is still very solid.
