Description
So, after five decades of collecting vinyl and Hi-Fi, the time has finally come to downsize. Over the next few months, with great reluctance, I will be gradually selling off my treasured collection of records, cds, cassettes and hi-fi equipment. It will take a while !!! For instant sale is a rarely-seen original UK pressing from 1970 of the 'LOCH NESS MONSTER/ZION I' 7" single by KING HORROR on the GRAPE label (GR-3007). The record comes in a generic white paper sleeve. The side B label is in excellent condition. However, the side A label has some damage which looks like it was probably caused by the removal of a sticker - please study the photos carefully to see the condition for yourself. The side A record surface has a lot of marks - some of which are feelable. The side B surface is much better than side A but it still does have quite a few marks. Having said that, both sides play through without sticking or jumping and both sound much better than you would expect from jiust looking at them. Side A has a lot of surface noise (mainly 'crackle') but is very listenable. Side B is much better and the surface noise is not that noticeable. I have priced the item to reflect the damage to the side A label, the marks on the record surfaces and the 'crackly' playback particularly on side A. I will dispatch the record in a record mailer and will post within one working day of purchase by second-class 'tracked' post so that it gets on its way to you as soon as possible.
