On offer here is a very rare LP (especially in this condition!!!!) by The Kinks called 'Arthur' and is an ORIGINAL 1969 UK MONO 1st Pressing on the 1st Press Pye label!!!! THIS LP IS INCREDIBLY RARE AND IMPOSSIBLY HARD TO FIND - ESPECIALLY IN MONO!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT THIS LP HAS ITS ORIGINAL MASSIVELY RARE INSERT!!!!  MOST COPIES OF THIS LP NEVER TURN UP WITH AN INSERT - BUT THIS ONE HAS!!!!  THIS HAS TO BE REGARDED AS ONE OF THE RAREST KINKS LPS - AND CERTAINLY ONE OF THE MOST SOUGHT AFTER!!!!  IT FAILED TO CHART ON RELEASE AND DIDNT SELL WELL AT ALL!!!!  NOT ONLY THAT BUT IT IS IN GREAT CONDITION AND VERY HARD TO FIND!!!!  DONT MISS THIS RARE OPPORTUNITY!!!!  This is the original Pye UK MONO 1st pressing from 1969 and is in GREAT condition!!!! The record is pressed on MEGA THICK quality vinyl. The Cat. No is NPL 18317 on the 1st Press Blue Pye label (see picture) and is a UK MONO 1st pressing!!!! All the tracks are pure quality Kinks at their best!!!! Any fan of The Kinks, or 60s music in general, will want to have this in their collection!!!!

The record labels are in STUNNING condition (see pictures) with NO wear, NO writing, and only a few light spindle marks!!!! The vinyl is in brilliant condition!!!! Most of these 60s LPs had been to a lot of wild parties and are usually found totally worn out, and almost unplayable. This one is NOT and has NO nasty deep scratches, only 3 or 4 hairlines, a couple of TINY marks, and only a very VERY few of the lightest paper scuffs only visible under EXTREME light!!!! THE RECORD STILL RETAINS ITS ORIGINAL 'JUST PRESSED' LOOK!!!!  It is GREAT to find that the record plays as STUNNING as the visual!!!! There is NO sticking, NO jumps, NO hiss and NO crackle!!!!  The whole record is virtually click and pop FREE - apart from a VERY few barely audible clicks at the VERY end of one track, and a VERY few clicks/pops in another.  Apart from this though - the record plays SUPERBLY with AWESOME sound quality!!!!  There is NO distortion and NO groovewear either!!!!  The record must grade Very Good++ if not better!!!!  Believe me this record is NOT overgraded in ANY way!!!! I use STRICT RC grading standards - it is not in my interest not to!!!! Brillant!!!! The record also comes in its ORIGINAL inner sleeve!!!! THE MEGA RARE INSERT IS IN STUNNING CONDITION - apart from the TINY 'pull tab' at the VERY top of the insert which is missing.  The Gatefold 1st Press MONO Cover is in GREAT condition!!!! This cover is one of the thinnest and most fragile covers EVER made and it is VERY hard to find in decent condition!!!!  The cover has NO rips, NO tears, NO writing, NO splits, NO staining, NO edgewear, only slight roughening in places to the VERY point of the spine (NOT through the colour, ALL of the side words are PERFECTLY readable - and NO splits), and NO writing!!!!  The opening edges to the front flap are nice and straight looking - with NO flaking, and NO fraying - and just the occassional cardboard thickening/creasing. There is also some creases on the front flap towards the right and top - though the cover as a whole is still quite flat looking.  The main faces of the cover (inside and out) are GREAT looking with shiny laminate, NO ringwear, and NO laminate lifting!!!!  Even the unlaminated inside is in STUNNING condition with NO grubbyness, NO writing, and NO yellowing!!!!  The only other thing to mention is some slight corner wear (see pictures) - which mainly affects the spinal corners and is MUCH less to the other corners.  There is NO splits, NO tears and the laminate is wonderfully shiny!!!! The cover must STRICTLY grade Very Good(Minus) if not Very Good (PROPERLY graded, NOT trashed) and has NO major faults (NO rips, NO tears, NO writing, NO splits, NO staining, etc)!!!!  THIS IS AN EXTREMELY RARE MONO 1ST PRESSING WITH ITS MEGA RARE INSERT AND VIRTUALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN MONO!!!!  DONT MISS OUT ON THIS VERY RARE OPPRTUNITY!!!!
