THE SLEEVE IS STILL IN GREAT CONDITION FOR THE AGE AND THE LAMINATED FRONT IS GREAT!! LIGHT WEAR ON THE CORNERS BUT THE ALBUM IS CLEAN AND BEAUTIFUL. TWO SMALL WRITES ON THE BACK (NAME AND NUMBER)
