NOTES:
--Hype Sticker and Inserts.
-Awesome Cover in great condition, especially for being over 40 years old.  Well cared for, some light flaws. 
Below is a description of the flaws  on the cover.
-There is a cut corner on the top left of the front-- (opposite side on back as the cut goes all the way through). 
-The bottom left front has a corner ding with a half inch crease  at the corner. There is a light tear of the shrink on the corner. 
-The bottom right corner has a corner ding with a  quarter inch ding/crease. Above that is a 1.5 inch,  semi round corner crease. 
-The top right corner has a small corner ding  with a small tear in the shrink wrap. 
-There is a light half inch crease along the left side of the cover,  just below the II (by Gene's pic)
-There is an "embossed" straight line from the top  (just above the hype sticker) and goes down to bottom.  It appears to be a manufacture/printers mark as it is  below the hype sticker and shrink wrap. 
-The back cover has the same cut corner and corner dings.
-The back has a light, half inch crease on the right side,  right at the edge about a quarter of the cover up. 
-Lastly, on the top seam of the record sleeves  there are a light tear on each side  due to the record shifting during shipping.  The seams are not split.

I have been collecting Kiss since '77.  I have been a record collector since then as well.  I have been selling records for the last 30 years.
I understand and know how to properly pack records.  Packing a record like this requires different layers to protect this gem.  It may be a little frustrating when you get the package and  it takes a few minutes to actually get to the record.  I promise it will be worth it.
