Printed in Japan. Original cover with the lime green Obi. Comes with original sheet of KISS red iron-on logos, which still look and feel brand new. There are 4 standard KISS logos (approx. 3-1/4" wide and 1-3/8" tall) and one ASYLUM logo (approx. 7-5/8" wide and 1-1/2" tall) on the sheet.
