Description
This item is the original 45 single and picture sleevefrom 1984 titled “Heaven’s on Fire” by Stanley, with “Lonely is the Hunter” bySimmons on the flipside. The print on the vinyl record reads “Made in England.”The sleeve is in good condition, exhibiting wear at the top and some signs ofring indentation from the 45 (See photos), but no printed ink is worn off. Thepaper stock is heavy, gloss-coated text weight, which helps maintain its shapeand color. The edges look good for its age. The record appears very clean andis in great condition.
This was the first single from the “Animalize” album, andit reached #11 on the Billboard Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks and #49 on theBillboard Hot 100. This is one of the very few songs that the band continued toperform when they returned to their makeup years. Also of note was theintroduction of lead guitarist Mark St. John, who Bruce Kulick would laterreplace, with Eric Carr on drums.
