Out of print and extremely hard to find even in Japan now.
Sleeve is in VG condition.(Damages and stains.)
Disc is in EX+/EX+(Side A/B) condition.
OBI has damage on the bottom.
SEALED= Unopened / new old article
MINT= almost same as a new article
EX+= there are some slight marks, no noise
EX= Although there are external crack and noise, but it is almost good
EX-= Little deep cracks and noise, but grade which is equal to appreciation
VG= Many deep cracks and noise
