Cover: Good condition

Record: Good Condition with a very shallow scratch across the first 4.5 tracks on Side B. Don't know if this effects the playing of the record however it is very minor.

This item comes from the home of a friend who is a smoker and DOES smell of cigarette smoke.

• International bidders: We accept Paypal ONLY. We regret that we are unable to accept money orders or personal cheques from international customers due to excessive bank fees.

Postage:

• Items will be posted as soon as possible but definitely within 2-3 days of receipt of full payment.  In the case of payment by Personal Cheque items will be posted within 2-3 days of clearance.
• In response to customer feedback we have reverted to regular post for all items. If you require Registered or Express Post please email your request. We will lodge a complaint with Australia Post should your parcel go astray however, we do not accept any responsibility for unregistered items lost or damaged in transit by Australia Post.
• INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE: We have been advised by Australia Post that items posted overseas using regular air mail are difficult, if not impossible, to track. Therefore they do not conduct searches for ordinary mail items in overseas countries. We suggest Registed Post to ensure the safe delivery of your parcel. We do not accept any responsibility for unregistered items lost or damaged in transit by Australia Post.
• Unless advised otherwise all purchases will be sent to your registered email address
• No Pick-Up available.
• The costs of envelopes, tape, plastic bags, and public transport to the Post Office all add up. As we are selling our own collections/items and are not a business we have had to make the decision to add a 50c handling fee to the postage cost for each item. However, if you purchase multiple items this 50c will be charged only once.
• Please contact us regarding combined postage.  As we base our postage rates solely on weight (plus 50c handling fee), and the cost of any special purchased packaging required, we cannot guarantee that combining items will result in a lower postage rate. We will do our best to provide the most economical postage available.
• PLEASE NOTE: If payment is made without requesting combined postage, or prior to our sending a combined invoice, there will be no refund of overpaid postage.

 Refunds:

• We ask that you please read all terms and conditions of purchase prior to bidding. If you have any questions PLEASE EMAIL US.  A refund will only be provided should an item not be as described. No refunds will be given in the case of bidders not reading the full description or terms and conditions.
• All goods are securely packaged to ensure that they arrive in the same condition they leave in. No responsibility can be taken for any damage sustained during transit.

Non-paying Bidder:
If we are not contacted and payment is not received within 7 calendar days after the close of the auction event, you will automatically be in default and your right to the item(s) will be forfeited. We may then file a Non Paying Bidder Alert to eBay, which can result in you being suspended indefinitely from eBay. Please do not bid if you are unable to abide by this.
