in Non Original White Plain Paper Sleeve.
With A Picture Sheet incl. Lyrics.
This Is Promo Label Copy, So Japanese Words "Sample" and "Not for Sale" are Printed on Both Labels.
Disc is VG Plus (Small Whiten Parts by Any Chemical Changes at Edges and Some Light Scratches are on Both Sides), Picture Sheet is EX Minus (Not Having Any Tear, It Has A Date Writing on Front and Some Light Creases).
The Grading Scale is MINT>Near MINT>EX>EX Minus>VG Plus>VG>Poor
