Out of print and extremely hard to find even in Japan now.

Sleeve is in EX condition.(slight marks by the ages.)
Discs are in NEAR MINT to EX+ condition.
Record covers is in EX condition.(slight ring wear)
Inserts are in EX condition.(the sticker is peeled off by the ages.)
SEALED= Unopened / new old article
MINT= almost same as a new article
EX+= there are some slight marks, no noise
EX= Although there are external crack and noise, but it is almost good
EX-= Little deep cracks and noise, but grade which is equal to appreciation
VG= Many deep cracks and noise
