Description
This is an incredibly rare international pressing of Gene Simmons’ 1978 solo album released by T4 Records in Turkey (catalog ASLP 82). These Turkish pressings are considered some of the rarest and most unusual KISS vinyl variants in the world, and are almost never seen outside of private collections.
FEATURES:
• Official Turkish 1978 release on T4 Records
• Unique marbled swirl label design (not found on U.S. pressings)
• Label: T4 Records – Catalog: ASLP 82-A / ASLP 82-B
• Year: 1978
• Believed to be pressed in extremely limited quantities – possibly fewer than 10 known copies
• Tracklist matches original U.S. release (full song list on both sides shown in label photos)
Condition:
• Vinyl: VG to VG+ visually – a few light surface marks but plays cleanly with no major issues
• Cover: VG with edge/corner wear and creasing (see high-res photos) – no seam splits
• ✅ Comes with a new archival anti-static inner sleeve
Why This Matters:
This rare T4 pressing is an international holy grail for KISS vinyl collectors. It is unofficially documented, incredibly obscure, and almost never appears on the open market. The distinctive label, local distribution (likely sold in limited regions of Turkey only), and scarcity make this a museum-worthy copy.
Note for collectors:
This is not a bootleg. It’s a legit foreign-market licensed pressing from 1978, highly regarded in collector circles. Comparable KISS Turkish pressings (if ever seen) have sold in the $400–$700+ range, especially in this condition.
