Terms & Conditions
-All items being sold come from authorized retailers and are 100% authentic. Seller has no control over quality or manufacture defects of product box/product. All items are authentic, new, and not marked defective. As such, Seller is not responsible for any manufacturer type defects. Any such defects would be on the brand (i.e. Nike, Jordan, Adidas, New Balance, etc.) and/or on the shipping company, so Seller will not accept a return or exchange for any of these reasons.
-All items being sold are guaranteed to be 100% authentic or you’ll be refunded 100% of the purchase price.
-100% guaranteed delivery of listed item. Safe and secure packaging to anywhere in the United States.
-Product box cannot be guaranteed as 100% mint condition due to regular warehouse handling/wear & tear.
-When shipping, item will always be packaged safely and securely so as to not get damaged while en route to you.
-Seller will only accept a return if the following conditions are met:
* All items must be unused and unworn.
*Item must not be worn/altered/washed and must have all tags attached – once item has been opened, worn, and/or washed they cannot be returned.
* Item must not be worn to the point where they would be deemed worn or not 100% brand new merchandise. Once item has been opened, worn/creased etc; they cannot be returned.
* All shoes/items must include the original box in its original condition.

-If package is unopened & in the same condition that is was in when it was shipped, buyer may request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.
-If returning unopened item, buyer is responsible for any and all shipping costs.
-I have the right to charge a portion, and/or all of the items value if the returned item is opened and/or not in deadstock/brand new condition.
- I have photographed every item thoroughly before, during, and after packaging, so please do not try anything shady. I will take any and all necessary steps to prosecute any Fraudulent/Buyers Remorse Returns to the fullest extent of the law.
