Description

THE KNIGHTS -- Across The Board -- hard to find, original 1966 U.S. album.  Wicked rare private press Garage-Fratrock LP from this band who recorded as both The Knights and The Hermon Knights.  Good organ-fueled garage covers of The Zombies' She's Not There and I Don't Want To Know, The Animals' We Gotta Get Outta This Place, plus Agent 00 Soul, Heat Wave and others.  Does not come up for sale often.  Listed in Hans Pokora's Record Collector Dreams books.  Cover:  VG-, 3" split upper right corner, 1/2" split lower right corner, ring wear, wear at corners, price sticker upper right front, wear along opening edge, light stain on back middle right.  Record:  VG, several light to moderate surface marks on Side Two, light surface wear, overall clean, on Ace private label, U.S. pressing.  New International Shipping Rates:  Sorry about the higher rates, but the U.S. Post Office has just increased overseas shipping to a ridiculous degree! INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING -  Albums:  1 LP - $20; 2 LP’s - $26; 3 LP’s -  $30.  INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - 45'S:  1-2 - $16; 3-4 - $20.  CANADA/MEXICO – 1 LP - $14.  Please ask for an invoice after purchase if you’re buying multiple items to get the discounted shipping.
