Konstantin Raudive was next to Friederich Jürgenson and Raymond Cass a scientist and writer who dedicated his life to the study EVP - Electronic Voice Phenomenon. With radios, tape machines and other electronic devices he tried get in contact with the Dead and recorded hundreds of messages during the years.
His techniques, recordings and visions had a great influence on artists and musicians like Mike Kelley, The Hafler Trio, Asmus Tietchens, Zbigniew Karkowski, Nurse With Wound, Leif Elggren and C.M. von Hausswolff. All of them worked with EVP and dedicated some works to the early researchers.
This 7" is the very rare original edition from 1971(!) that accompanied the release of Raudive's book Breakthrough in the U.K. during the high times of EVP research. It features a commented selection from his archives. Record and sleeve are NEW and in MINT / UNPLAYED condition.
