Record is immaculately clean - - rare condition for these type of records, which are highly sought after by beat-makers for sampling purposes, and thus are typically quite well worn.

Cover is great except for damage to the top of the front where the sleeve is torn for about 3/4 of an inch going down and then 1/2 inch across the top edge - see picture for detail.
