Proceeds from the sale of this record were to benefit a recovery and holiday camp in AHLBECK for poor children from Berlin

The record is in excellent condition. It shows little evidence of having been played, remaining bright and shiny without marks or scratches. The 3D-relief picture of WILHELM II in the center & 3D-relief inscription on the border are in excellent condition. Since the Kaiser's relief image occupies the center of the disc, there is NO CENTER HOLE (unlike every other phonograph record ever made). - The inscription on the lead-in reads: IN COMEMMORATION OF THE 25TH JUBILEE YEAR OF THE REIGN OF HIS MAJESTY, KAISER AND KING WILHELM II 1888-1913 (duplicated on the edge of the box).
The record label is located on the reverse.
The record tray is in excellent condition.
The box cover is in very good plus shape with some soiling and wear, especially around the edges.
The box bottom is in excellent condition with the exception of a one inch hole (see photo).

This ultra rare record was produced in 1913 with 9 different selections in a limited, very expensive edition intended for the well-to-do.
Most copies of this edition were destroyed during and after both wars.
Since the record has no center hole, a tray was provided to accommodate the record to the turntable.
