In their home country Iceland, Kaleo are already a real phenomenon. This year, the four-piece band with its captivating mix of folk, blues and country also enters our national borders. Shows, for example at the Iceland Airwaves Music Festival, quickly earned Kaleo a name.

The band name, which translates from the Hawaiian »sound«, honors the band. Already with the first notes, the soulful and melancholy voice of the singer JJ Julius Son sneaks into the auditory canals of the listeners and that is where the songs will stay for the next few weeks.
