Berliner Philharmoniker conducted by Herbert von Karajan / Claudio Abbado / Wiener Philharmoniker directed by Claudio Abbado - DEUTSCHE GRAMMOPHON 2740 275 - “Brahms: Die Orchesterwerke”. The records are in near mint condition, as are the hinged-lid box and enclosed booklet. A 7 LP boxed set made in Germany.
My current sale will contain 200+ albums if all goes well. It will again consist largely of classical albums. Some world music LP’s (especially Calypso & Latin American) & miscellaneous albums as well, if time allows. Many great albums, including some real rarities. I will try to get them all listed by the end of this week (January 29 or 30). Please wait with payment until you have had a chance to bid on all items you are interested in. I normally send a notice of individual auction wins some time after each auction closes, but I do not expect payment for the same if you are still bidding or planning to bid on additional items of the current sale. My grading often goes beyond the letter grades, as I personally find them somewhat inadequate, so when I feel it would be helpful I include more detail. I am trying to list a selection during the last week or so of most months.

To make things more difficult for everybody, Canada Post keeps raising postage, and then wondering why their volume keeps dropping! SHIPPING RATES (to the USA) - SURFACE: 1 LP - $9.75, 2 or 3 LP's - $14.25. AIR: 1 LP - $11.25, 2 or 3 LP's - $17.00. (All Other International) - SURFACE: 1 LP - $11.25, 2 or 3 LP's - $18.25, 4 to 6 LP’s - $27.00. AIR: 1 LP - $20.00, 2 or 3 LP's - $37.50, 4 to 6 LP’s - $59.00. Doubles count as 2, as well as some extra heavy albums due to old heavy vinyl, jackets, inserts, etc. Boxed sets will require a quote due to variability in weight.
