This is a bootleg item - not an official release.
I forget what Kate talks about in the interview, but safe to say it doesn't contain anything unspoken elsewhere in the public domain. 
It's Hounds of Love Era - the hound pictured may well be one that appears on the cover of the album.
The astronaut behind Kate made me think the photos were from the video shoot for the Big Sky. They probably are not, but interesting to note that the video for the Big Sky was filmed 40 years ago, in March 1986.
