The disc, which has ‘Sample’ printed in Japanese on the top left (contained within a rectangle on both sides) and features white ‘promo’ labels with black text, is unmarked and still like-new. The paper insert has some minor creasing commensurate with age but it is all in excellent condition really considering this item is now nearly 50 years old!
