Kate Bush The Kick Inside UK 2nd Pressing UK Limited Edition LP Picture Disc. Disc (EMI Records EMCP 3223) is VG++. Cover is M-. This is the second, pressing release of the picture disc (it was previously released in the same cover and with the same catalogue number, both pressings were released in 1979).This picture disc is housed in a plain white inner sleeve within a full colour outer sleeve (photographed by Jay Myrdal). It sports a sticker declaring that it's a picture disc. The cover is made from thin, unlaminated cardboard (the original picture disc's cover is thick, laminated card stock). The cover has the picture disc catalogue number printed on it. The first edition has a circular sticker stating that it is a picture disc (usually in the top left hand corner). This second pressing has an oval sticker (usually top centre) which also has the cat: number printed on it (the original circular sticker omitted this information). This second issue's disc also states "manufactured in the UK by EMI records Ltd." as part of the copyright notice printed on the disc. The first edition does NOT have this wording. Thanks for looking. Grading Scale: Sealed: Sealed records are assumed to be mint. Mint -… No obvious signs of play/wear. VG++: almost M-. Record may show some very light scuffs or marks with some surface noise and good gloss and looks very nice. VG+: records may show some slight signs of wear, including light scuffs or very light scratches. Slight warps that don’t affect playback quality with some surface noise and looks very nice. . VG: Light scratches, background noise possible. When played, a VG record has surface noise, and some scratches may be audible. Good: Good does not mean bad! The record still plays through without skipping, so it can serve as filler until something better comes along. But it has significant surface noise and groove wear, and the label is worn, with significant ring wear, heavy writing, or obvious damage caused by someone trying to remove tape or stickers.
