The Box:

Base - excellent condition - unmarked.

Top - has a split to one corner - has surface wear to two sides - see Pictures 2 & 3 - slight marking to top.

The Records:

All of the records are unmarked and have obviously seen little play.

The sleeves are unmarked accept as noted below.

Record 1 - The Kick Inside - paper inner sleeve date coded 6/90

Record 2 - Lionheart - Gatefold - small amount of edge wear (1cm.) to bottom edge - paper inner sleeve date coded 5/90.

Record 3 - Never For Ever - Gatefold - brown age spotting to inside of gatefold - paper inner sleeve date coded 3/90.

Record 4 - The Dreaming - inner sleeve printed with lyrics - inner sleeve has 2cm. 'knifing' cut to bottom edge - 5cm. 'knifing' cut to left hand edge.

Record 5 - Hounds Of Love - front of sleeve has small 'smuged' mark (see Picture 4) - inner printed sleeve with lyrics has brown age spotting.

Record 6 - The Sensual World - age marking to rear of sleeve - inner printed sleeve with lyrics has brown age spotting.

Record 7 - This Woman's Work Vol. 1 - slight aging marks - paper inner sleeve date coded 3/90

Side 1: The Empty Bullring; Ran Tan Waltz; Passing Through Air; December Will Be Magic Again; Warm And Soothing.

Side 2: Lord Of The Reedy River; Ne T'En Fui Pas; Un Basier D'Enfant; Under The Ivy; Burning Bridge.

Record 8 - This Woman's Work Vol. 2 - slight aging marks - paper inner sleeve date coded 7/90

Side 1: My Lagan Love; The Handsome Cabin Boy; Not This Time; Walk Straight Down The Middle; Be Kind To My Mistakes.

Side 2: I'm Still Waiting; Ken; One Last Look Around The House Before We Go ...; Wuthering Heights (New Vocal); Experiment IV.

Record 9 - This Woman's Work Vol. 3 - very slight aging marks - paper inner sleeve date coded 3/90.

Side 1: Them Heavy People; Don't Push Your Foot On The Heartbrake; James And The Cold Gun; L'Amour Looks Something Like You.

Side 2: Running Up That Hill (12" Mix); Cloudbusting (The Organon Mix); Hounds Of Love (Alternative); The Big Sky (Meteorological Mix); Experiment IV (12" Mix).

I'm assuming that anyone interseted in this box set will know the track listings for Records 1 - 6 but could be unfamiliar with that track listings for Records 7 - 9, so I have included them. More detail about the box set, including where the tracks for Records 7 - 9 come from, can be found on Wikipedia.

I have included pictures of Record 5 - Hounds Of Love - to give you an example of the condition of the sleeves and lables of all of the records

The Booklet:

Complete and undamaged but does have some 'age marking' .

The Stickers:

Complete but showing some 'age browning'.

Summary: A rather rare box set which has obviously been stored and little used and as a result has developed some 'age marking' over the years. However, this has also result in the vinyl appearing to be in excellent condition.

Postage & Packing

The set will be well packed in bubble wrap inside a box specially bought from the Post Office.

It will be sent Parcel Force 48, insured, tracked and signed for, at a total cost of £15.
