Description

 I have here a very nice copy of the rare Kate Bush first single stamped "Demo Record Not For Resale" on both sides. The sleeve is a little yellowed with age, has 1 or 2 creases and some slight ringwear. I would grade as very good +.
The vinyl is NEAR MINT with no scratches, marks or scuffs of any sort.
