Kay Martin Cheesecake Adult Christmas Album - Rare GREEN VINYL Near Mint

KAY MARTIN And Her Body Guards I KNOW WHAT HE WANTS FOR CHRISTMAS ...BUT I DON’T KNOW HOW TO WRAP IT! (Fax Records FAXLP 1005)
I almost freaked out when I pulled this one out of a vintage record pile! The Jacket is in excelletn condition with no ripping or cracking of the edges. Light denting of a corner and wear marks. Please look over the photos for the condition.  Then I pulled out the album and sleeve. GREEN VINYL!! No scratches! I doubt this thing was played more than a few times. Upon further examination I noticed a slight indentation of the paper sleeve which made me look inside the jacket where I was amazed to find the actual original catalog or flier that lists other Adam Stag Party albums and stag films that were available at the time. I don't think it had ever been removed from the album cover! 
I doubt you'll see another one like this for awhile. I'm no expert on vinyl rating or condition determination, thus I've included detailed photos for you examination.
